EMS Week in South Carolina
The 3rd week in May is recognized nationwide as EMS Week. This is a time when EMS Workers are recognized for their work and efforts to save lives in the pre-hospital setting. Yearly, on the Tuesday of EMS Week, the SC EMS PIER Team conducts a Parade of Ambulances, followed by a Time of Remembrance and Celebration then a luncheon for all the attendees. Funding for the days events is made possible by all the generous donations of our sponsors. Without them, none of our services would be possible.
