The Ruritan's Donate " Rudy Bears " to SC EMS agencies
Members of Ruritan National donated over 500 " Rudy Bears "
to the SC EMS PIER Team during the Ruritan National Convention held in
January 2009 at Myrtle Beach South Carolina.
PIER Team Secretary Chris Esdorn of Berkeley County EMS
accepted the bears on behalf of EMS services in South Carolina.
These bears were placed on EMS units throughout
SC to aid in the treatment and comfort of patients they come in contact with.
The SC EMS PIER Team is very appreciative of this kind gesture made by the Ruritan's.
