These men and women served in Emergency Medical Services in South Carolina. These people either died as result of natural causes or in the line of duty.

The above named people were honored during EMS Week held in Columbia, SC on May 22nd, 2007. Roses were placed on the memorial wreath and balloons released by family members or designees in their honor.
